Maple Water Manhattan

Crafted by Over the Rocks Bartending


2 oz. Rye whiskey
½ oz. Sweet vermouth
½ oz. Amaretto
2 dashes Bitters
Splash Naked/Lemon Maple Water


Maraschino cherry
Orange zest


Combine the first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Stir vigorously for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Twist and squeeze the orange peel over the cocktail to release the oils. Rub the rim of the glass with the peel and drop it into the cocktail. Garnish with cherry and serve immediately.

Raw maple sap. The closest thing you can get to drinking straight from the maple tree. The taste is incredibly clean and crisp with a very subtle earthy accent that brings forth a refreshing and vitalizing finish.
