Maple Water Cucumberry

2.5 Cucumber slices
½ oz. Simple syrup
2 oz. Bitters
Blueberry Maple Water
Soda water


4 Rosemary sprigs
4-5 Blueberries


Combine rosemary springs, cucumber slices, simple syrup, and vodka in a cocktail shaker with no ice. Muddle forcefully for 20 seconds to release and infuse the ingredients. Add Blueberry Maple Water, shake, and strain into a chilled high ball glass over ice. Top with soda, garnish with rosemary sprigs and skewer of blueberries.

The clean taste of our maple sap blessed with the mild and complex fruitiness of native blueberries and a drop of sweet maple syrup. It’s a match made in Canadian heaven.
